Servo technology

As a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders we further advanced the technology to develop our own electrically operated servo units with load control of higher precision. At present, we use finite element modeling (FEM) to develop compact, lightweight equipment. We have achieved high-speed, high-precision equipment in a variety of production processes through servo units which have a maximum capacity of 500 kN.

We have reduced the size of this equipment a full 50% over conventional models by designing compact driver units that comprise a gearbox and motor, applying a guide shaft suitable for the load, multistage configuration and integrating the control unit.
