Precision assembly

Component parts of battery modules for hybrid vehicles must be properly sealed and insulated.
Through an inventive precision drawing process using stamping technology as well as collaboration with the Kyoho Machinery Division, we successfully met customer requirements for the highest quality.

Positive battery terminal for hybrid vehicles

This component part of the battery cells used in hybrid vehicles serves as the positive-pole contact of the battery cells.
Our proposal for the use of a negative-angle stamping process combined with development of a bulge riveting technique won a Toyota Technology Development Prize.
